How do I apply, and what are the application and deposit fees?

You can apply online through our leasing portal or stop by the leasing office to apply in person. Each adult pays a non-refundable $75 application fee, along with a one-time $75 administrative fee. Once youā€™re approved and select your home, a security deposit (typically $250 to one monthā€™s rent) is paid at that time to reserve your apartment and help make your move-in process as seamless as possible.
